We Make Every Celebration More
Creative, Interactive & Memorable!
We believe that a great celebration is not just about cake, decorations and entertainment. It is about creating moments that children and families will remember.
From do it yourself activities and creative workshops to interactive kids activity stations, live DIY experiences and personalized return gifts, we bring engaging experiences directly to your event.
Whether you're planning a kids birthday party, a celebration at home, a wedding, an apartment event or a corporate family day, The Kiba Club helps make your event more creative, interactive and hassle-free.
Our activity stations are thoughtfully designed to encourage hands-on exploration, artistic freedom, and joyful discovery. From pot painting and cap designing to custom tote printing and soft toy stuffing, we ensure every child finds a project that sparks their passion and imagination.
We take care of everything from start to finish — delivering premium raw materials, setting up aesthetically pleasing activity tables, providing dedicated facilitators to guide the kids, and packing their finished masterpieces in custom take-home boxes.
Our Story
“What if children could be more than just guests at a celebration?”
In 2025, Prachi Jain, the founder of The Kiba Club, set out with a simple yet meaningful vision — to make children's parties more fun, interactive and memorable for the children themselves.
While planning and attending celebrations, Prachi noticed something. A lot goes into making a children's party look beautiful — the decorations, cake, food, music and games. But she wanted to create something beyond just a beautifully planned party.
She wanted children to participate, create, explore and genuinely enjoy the celebration. And that thought became the foundation of The Kiba Club.
THE KIBA CLUB is all about creating memories:
Memories of making something with their own hands.
Memories of trying something new.
Memories of laughing with friends.
Memories of being part of an exciting experience.
And most importantly, memories of saying: “That was so much fun!”
This became the foundation of The Kiba Club. Today, we design and organize creative experiences for children's celebrations, family events and corporate gatherings.
Our activities combine fun, creativity and engagement, making them perfect for birthdays, special occasions and events where keeping guests meaningfully engaged matters. Our experiences can be set up at homes, party venues, apartments, offices, schools, corporate events and other celebrations.
Not Just an Activity. It's an Experience.
At The Kiba Club, we believe the best memories are the ones you create yourself. That's why our activities are designed to be fun, creative, interactive and take-home worthy.
